Root, sacral, solar plexus, heart, throat, third eye, crown. Seven words that describe seven regions of your inner life — safety, feeling, power, love, truth, insight and connection. When one of these centres runs dim, you feel it everywhere.
A blocked root can feel like free-floating anxiety. A guarded heart can feel like loneliness in a crowded room. A silenced throat can feel like exhaustion after every conversation. Chakra balancing does not diagnose these states — it gives each centre warmth, attention and room to recalibrate.
How balancing works
A session begins with a reading: pendulum work and intuitive sensing reveal which centres are overactive and which have gone quiet. Then, centre by centre, Reiki, breath cues, crystal placement and sound are used to bring each one back into its natural rhythm. Clients often feel temperature changes, gentle emotion or waves of tiredness lifting as we go.
Signs a centre needs care
- Root: restlessness, money fear, trouble sleeping.
- Sacral: numbness, creative drought, guilt that lingers.
- Solar plexus: second-guessing, weak boundaries, digestive knots.
- Heart: grief that will not move, giving until empty.
- Throat: unsent messages, sore jaw, feeling unheard.
- Third eye: fog, indecision, distrust of your own gut.
- Crown: disconnection, cynicism, spiritual loneliness.
Between sessions, my free 7-day chakra playbook gives you one small daily practice per centre. Steady, gentle, and surprisingly powerful.
