Sound Healing

Bathe in vibration. Bowls, chimes and gentle voice loosen what words cannot reach — tension drains, thoughts slow, and sleep comes easy.

What a session holds

Rest you can hear

  • A full sound bath — seven crystal and brass bowls played around and above the body.
  • Chimes, rain stick and humming woven in for the shoulders, jaw and mind.
  • Weighted blanket, eye pillow and warm studio — you only lie still and listen.
  • Silent integration time plus a recording of three bowls to replay at home.

How a session flows

1

Settle in

Blanket, pillow, tea. Tell Willa where your week lives in your body — jaw, chest, stomach, everywhere.

2

The bath begins

Bowls sound one by one, low to high, each one played until its note dissolves into the room.

3

Drift

Brainwaves slow toward the edge of sleep. Some people dream; most simply float.

4

Return gently

Silence first, then soft chimes to wake you. No rushing — sit as long as you like.

Questions, answered

I’m sensitive to noise — is this for me?

Yes. Volumes stay low and soothing, and Willa checks in before playing louder bowls near the head. Earplugs are available.

Will I fall asleep?

Many people do, and it still counts — the vibrations work whether you are awake, dreaming or snoring.

Group or private?

Both. Private sessions are tailored to your body; monthly group sound baths (see Events) are a beautiful, affordable way to begin.

Let the noise drop away

An hour inside sound leaves the mind quieter than a weekend away. New clients save 50% on their first session.
